I love videogame development and synthesizers. I've been making mods for games for about 25 years. I've created things for a ton of things over the years, but one of my crowning achievements is the Myth HD project released years ago for the game Myth II. It took Bungie's original 3d models from a program called PowerAnim8r which was part of a silicon graphics workstation they rented out in the 90's. Working with very few others, I single-handedly created all of the game file tags by combining new renders (created from a partially incomplete save state of the 3d models). Lots of patchwork had to be done and it was an extremely extensive project that represents countless hours of work and learning brand new disciplines just to make it happen.
I've created for Crysis / Far Cry, Trackmania, Trials, and a host of other games over the last few decades. I love physics-based games, and besides Myth I love Hylics 2 and Noita, which are very inspirational for me.
I have lots of hardware synths and am an amateur music producer. I enjoy trying to create tracks and sound effects for projects.
I am primarily focused on LEVEL DESIGN, BALANCE / DAMAGE (this is seriously where I shine, Myth is a delicate game to balance), PROJECTILE/ATTACK DESIGN (seriously, I'm really good at multi-stage projectiles with complex things happening. Intricate, wild spells. All sorts of things. I love creating attacks and new effects.
Also story both large and small. Flavor text and overarching deep world lore.
